What You See

Remember: As a leader, you have a dual role. You can set your own X and review your team's X. Both are equally important.

3Your Dual Role

Leaders in Elkiem X Tracker have two distinct responsibilities:

As a Participant

  • Set your own X goals
  • Provide trajectory updates
  • View progress relative to peers
  • Submit end-of-cycle results

As a Leader

  • Review team X’s
  • Provide feedback
  • Monitor progress

Your Goal as a Participant

You can see your own X in the "View My X" section. This is where you set your own goals and track your progress — just like your team members.
